Responsibilities:
- Jewellery Design: Design and create custom jewellery pieces, such as rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, based on customer specifications or artistic inspiration.
- Metalworking: Work with precious metals like gold, silver, and platinum, as well as non-precious metals, to shape and form jewellery components using techniques like soldering, sawing, and filing.
- Stone Setting: Set gemstones and diamonds into jewellery securely, using various setting techniques like prong, bezel, pave, and channel settings.
- Gemstone Selection: Assist customers in choosing gemstones based on their preferences, quality, and budget, offering valuable insights into the characteristics and value of each stone.
