Responsibilities:

  1. Food Preparation: Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, peeling fruits, and portioning ingredients, as directed by the chef or cook.
  2. Dishwashing: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring that all kitchen equipment is clean and ready for use.
  3. Kitchen Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including cleaning countertops, floors, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards.
  4. Food Storage: Properly store food items in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and rotation of perishable items.
  5. Stocking Supplies: Restock kitchen supplies, such as ingredients, utensils, and disposables, to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly during service hours.
  6. Assisting During Service: Provide assistance to chefs and cooks during meal service, including plating dishes, garnishing, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

  8. Following Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen to prevent accidents and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Handle and store cleaning products
