Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and clerical personnel.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
  • Ensure office equipment and facilities are well-maintained and functional.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and financial records.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Oversee office communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Act as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures

  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
