Will train


  1. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  2. Greet and assist visitors, clients, or customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  3. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail for pickup or delivery.
  4. Maintain and update office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  5. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
  6. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and coordinate necessary arrangements.
  7. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence using word processing software.
