AFTER THIS, I’M NEVER MAKING FISH ANY OTHER WAY // Jerk Fish

The best part about this recipe is how simple it is. Just mix together the ingredients for the marinade (which you may already have in your pantry), slather it on your favorite type of fish, and let it marinate for at least an hour (the longer the better!). Then grill or bake until perfectly cooked.

Jerk Fish
Ingredients
marinade

  • 4 spring onions
  • 8 thyme sprigs
  • 4 garlic
  • 4 scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1 Maggi bouillon
  • 2 tbs all spice
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 3 tilapia fish(clean and gutted)
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
