We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team and drive the success of our store. - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained by resolving customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products to optimize sales and minimize stockouts.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and welcoming shopping environment.
