4. Freddie Prinze Jr.

Freddie Prinze Jr. was once the talk of the town back in the late ’90s and early ’00s, having starred in I Know What You Did Last Summer and She’s All That. But unfortunately it seemed as though his status as America’s “It Boy” was not meant to last. The problem began after the live-action Scooby-Doo movies were released and critics went ham (in a bad way) over Prinze Jr.’s acting and the general terribleness of the film. Since then, he’s taken part in almost no blockbuster projects, and that might be for the best.

3. Hilary Duff

Sure, she may have starred in Lizzie McGuire, America’s most beloved Disney preteen comedy series, but we just have to say it: Hilary Duff is not a very good actress. She has approximately two facial expressions and can’t deliver a single line without sounding incredibly corny. And How I Met Your Father? Don’t even get us started on how badly that classic was butchered. But then again, why the HIMYM producers even wanted to do a remake of the show in the first place is beyond us.

2. David Spade

David Spade’s whole shtick isn’t necessarily that he’s an amazing actor, but he is funny so we’ll give him that. Spade began his career as a stand-up comedian and an SNL cast member. But like pretty much every other famous comedian out there, he was pressured to pursue an acting career in order to really make it big. Again, he is certainly a funny dude, but he’s not going to win an Academy Award any time soon. (And if he does, we’ll eat our hats.)

1. Drew Barrymore

Look, we’re just going to say it: Drew Barrymore is simply a nepotism baby. In fact, she’s the reigning queen of nepotism babies. The Barrymore family is an acting dynasty that goes all the way back to the 1800s and includes some very talented and famous names like Lionel and Ethel Barrymore. With all of that fame and money in her family, you’d think she would’ve been able to afford some high-quality acting lessons. Apparently not. So in short, her ancestors may have been legendary thespians, but her performances have massively fallen short since her role in E.T. the Extraterrestrial.
