Panic In Ogun As Appeal Court Delivers Judgment In Case Seeking To Sack APC Governor

There is a heightened anxiety within the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the Appeal Court is set to deliver its judgment on Ladi Adebutu’s petition against Governor Dapo Abiodun.

Ladi Adebutu, the PDP candidate, had initially taken his case to the tribunal, challenging Governor Abiodun’s victory in the March 18 governorship election. Members from both political parties have left Ogun State to observe the court proceedings scheduled to take place at the Court of Appeal in Igbosere, Lagos, starting at 9 am.
