Opa Williams loses wife
Veteran entertainment impresario Opa Williams has lost his wife of many years, Rev. Patricia Opa Williams.
The first daughter and child of the couple announced the demise in a statement.
The statement reads: “The family of Opa Williams regrets to announce the passing unto glory of our wife, sister, mother, aunty and grandmother, Rev. Patricia Opa Williams whose untimely demise occurred 18th of September 2023 “Burial arrangements will be announced in due course.”
Opa Williams made a name by building a humorous brand, Nite of a Thousand laughs, which went on to be a platform that served as a springboard for notable comedians including Basketmouth, Okey Bakassi, Gandoki, AY and many others.
