JUST IN: Pastor Enenche Breaks Silence After Woman He Accused Of Fake Testimony Showed Proofs

Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Paul Enenche, addressed the controversy surrounding a lady’s testimony about her education at the Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).

He clarified that he never intended to embarrass the testifier, Vera Anyim.

During Sunday’s service, Vera shared her testimony of becoming the “only graduate in her family,” stating she obtained a “BSc in Law” from NOUN.

However, Enenche questioned the validity of her degree during her testimony, leading to public outcry and demands for an apology. Vera later provided proofs to show that she actually schooled at NOUN and graduated from the Faculty of Law in the school.

In response, Enenche explained that his actions stemmed from the church’s commitment to excellence and truthfulness, rather than intending to cause embarrassment. Sylvester Edoh, his Personal Assistant, conveyed Enenche’s message, stating, “These were the immediate triggers for the said scenario… The action of the Senior Pastor was rather based on his and the church’s aversion to seeming mediocrity and any appearance of untruth.”

Edoh continued, “Relief came when it was later confirmed that she actually graduated from a university… no harm or hurt was ever intended by the Senior Pastor against Ms. Anyim Veronica… The Senior Pastor feels deeply concerned and had already reached out to her.”

Enenche emphasized his commitment to Vera’s well-being and spiritual growth.
