Jodie Turner-Smith files for divorce from Joshua Jackson. TMZ was first to report the 37-year-old actress and ‘Dawson’s Creek’ alum are going their separate ways after three years of marriage. The couple share 3-year-old daughter Janie. In court docs obtained by ET, Jodie cites ‘irreconcilable differences’ behind the split, with Sept. 13 listed as the couple’s separation date. Jodie also requests joint custody of their daughter in the filing.
