Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor product quality, and place orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.
